Picture
The view across Loch Morlich to the Cairngorms from my favourite carpark. Cold day - see the ice!

The view across Loch an Eilein to the Cairngorms -
Picture
An Lochan Uaine - the green lochan - athough I always think it looks more like turquoise.
Picture
I love the Rothiemurchus forest. I have walked, cycled and skied in it in aall weathers and of course - sketched.
Picture
The tree shapes were cut with a laser cutter at Edinburgh Printmakers - a new toy! The sunset is monoprinting - each print is therefore unique- these trees are from Lochan Eilein
Picture
This print is the result of a day sketching in the forest and a day playing at Edinburgh workshop - I have similar prints in different colour  versions.
Picture
I love celtic/pictish knotwork. Sometimes when I have finished an edition I cut the plate into a knot. I love these images - you can only see either the knot or the landscape - not both at the same time - like the hag and pretty girl picture.
