Continuing around the coast from Findhorn I stayed at Rosemarkie and went to Chanonry point to see the dolphins. Whilst waiting for the dolphins I sketched the lighthouse. The weather was not great - see clouds and sketch of Rosemarkie bay below - which has clear signs that it was raining.

I stayed the night at Portmahomack and sketched in a concertina artists book. I travelled up to Latheron wheel and stayed with a friend. Her husband took me out in his boat. The print below is Latheron Wheel harbour - Duncan and his boat are on the left.

It was tricky sketching on the boat - bouncy, windy, rainy and difficult to hold onto everything - but still great fun. Some of the sketches are below.
I made two drypoint prints of the cliffs when I got home.

I stayed the night at Keiss harbour and sketched in another wee artist's book. The last two prints are of Duncansby head lighthouse and Duncansby head stacks before I turned left to travel along the North coast.
