I wild camped at Fresgo harbour and painted this early in the morning - having read something in one of my other harbour stays about vertical stones making stronger harbour walls than horizontal stones - I enjoyed the variety of stone laying here. A print in waiting.
Picture
I am very interested in Pictish stones - this stone is in Bettyhill churchyard - another print in waiting.

 Strathnaver mission church.- dead cute
Picture
Definitely one of my favourite Scottish mountains. From across the Loch. (collagraph)
Picture
This is a beautiful view - this is the sketch - the collagraph was sadly a disaster - I might have to go back and resketch.
Picture
This is the collagraph. The spot I sketched this view from was REALLY midgy - I had to sketch fast and escape.
Picture
There were a herd of cows on Balnakeil beach. Then suddenly they decided it was time to go home - they upped and walked away up and off the beach. These were 2 stragglers.  Because this print his composed completely of reflections it can be read either way up (except for the title).
